As the investigation continues into the tragic events at the temple, the case becomes murkier and murkier. The investigation has become a slow burn where now more detectives are being assigned to case to help solve it before it gets out of control. New characters like Saladin Kesthrow, an old friend of Joe’s, is tasked with staking out the docks of the island to ensure that the Ballistics don’t leave the island and keep track of who’s coming in. But that’s not all. A wealthy man visits the island by the name of Bass Suite and somehow he’s connected to the Ballistics.
