WHY IT MATTERS

Most people think progress notes exist in case something goes wrong. That's the smallest reason. When a participant's funding gets reviewed, someone has to show the support is still needed, and that case gets built from the daily record of what assistance was actually required. You're the only person in the house at 7am.

"Good day, helped her get dressed, all fine" describes someone who needs almost nothing. Six months of that and there's nothing there to argue with. If the budget goes, so do your hours.
