Thirty Mornings
Something for the morning, for the part of you that used to pray.
Thirty Mornings is a month of that: one line from a mystic each morning, read twice, then two minutes of nothing, then the day. You do not have to believe the line. You only have to keep it company. On the last morning, a page asks which two or three lines you kept.
A 34-page PDF, one morning to a page, for a phone or a printer. $27, once.
If that's all you need to know, Buy Now.
You already know what doesn't work in the morning: prayer that felt like talking to yourself, the playlist that reopens things, one more book about practice instead of a practice. And most mornings there's nothing to open.
With this there is. One page each morning for a month, one line on it, and two minutes. Most of the thirty don't name God at all; two do, a Roman Stoic and a Quaker writing from prison, and neither is asking anything of you. Nothing here is a way back in.
Inside are thirty mornings, one to a page: the line, who wrote it and where it comes from, and the same instruction every time. The lines are from Lao Tzu, Marcus Aurelius, Kabir, Rumi, the Dhammapada, Julian of Norwich, George Herbert, Blake, Whitman, Emerson and others, each checked against the edition it comes from, with the sources on the last page. Before morning one there's a short note on how the month goes and what to do when you miss a day. After morning thirty there's the page for the lines you kept.
Press Buy Now and pay by card or Apple Pay. The file is on the next screen and in your receipt email; the link works ten times, so save it to your phone, or print it two pages to a sheet. Nothing arrives day by day. The whole month is in the file, and it starts whichever morning you open it. Don't start tonight. Tomorrow, before the phone does anything else, open it to Morning 1.
There's no commentary and no journaling pages, and nothing to join. It isn't a course, a community, a teacher, or a cure.
Every page has my address. If you write to hello@stillspiritual.com, I read it myself and answer within a day. That's the support there is. It isn't spiritual direction and it isn't therapy. If you're in something heavier than a dry stretch, talk to a doctor or a therapist first. The mornings will keep.
I'm Spencer Nassar, a spiritual counselor licensed through Centers for Spiritual Living. I chose the thirty and the order they come in, and I checked every line against the edition it's printed from. The page numbers are on the last page, so you can check them too. Two of the most quoted mystic lines online aren't by the people named under them; neither is in here.
This is new. It went up in October 2026, and you'd be among the first to do it. If what people write back says a line or the order should change, I'll change it, and anyone who already has the file can write to me for the new one.
$27, once. The file is yours after that.
Is this religion by another door? No. The lines come from several traditions and from people who belonged to none, you're not asked to believe any of them, and nothing in the file points back to a church. Why pay for lines you could find online? The lines are free everywhere; the choosing, the checking, the order across a month and a person who answers are what the $27 is for. What if you stop on day five? The note page says what to do when you miss a morning (take the next page, not the one you missed), the month starts whichever day you open it, and the last line on this page says what happens if it didn't work.
That's the whole of it. If it's for you, Buy Now. The file is on the next screen, and tomorrow has a page.
If on morning thirty it did nothing, write to me and I will send the $27 back.
