DEFINITIONS

• “Item” = the PNG images included in this pack.

• “End Product” = a new physical or digital design you create that combines the Item with other elements (layout, text, shapes, backgrounds, multiple graphics, etc.).

• “POD Marketplace” = platforms like Merch by Amazon, Spreadshirt, Redbubble, TeePublic, etc.

YOU MAY

• Use the Item to create unlimited End Products for personal or commercial sale.

• Use on POD marketplaces only as part of a new creative composition (see POD condition below).

• Modify, recolor, resize, and combine with other elements.

POD CONDITION (IMPORTANT)

• Not allowed: uploading the PNG as a single, standalone graphic on a POD product.

• Allowed: meaningful creative changes such as adding typography, shapes, backgrounds, patterns, frames, or combining multiple graphics into a new layout or scene. Simple resize/recolor/mirroring does not qualify as meaningful change.

YOU MAY NOT

• Resell, share, sublicense, or redistribute the source files (even if modified) as standalone assets.

• Upload the Item or derivatives to stock/asset libraries or content libraries.

• Claim the Item as your own, register trademarks, or use it as a logo/brand mark as-is.

• Use the Item to train AI models.

OTHER TERMS

• One license per buyer; non-exclusive, non-transferable; credit not required.

• You are responsible for compliance with any marketplace rules where you sell.
