LG 43UJ6517 UJ6500 TV picture settings - SDR (2017)

This is a list of settings that I have obtained after performing a complete SDR calibration on LG 43-inch 43UJ6517-ZA UHD LCD TV. Calibration was done for HDMI limited range YPrPb (component) 4:4:4 signal, white-point target D65, Rec.709 color space, gamma 2.2, peak luminance (18% window) 163  nits.

Application examples: Blu-ray discs, HD video, streaming... (all that is in standard Rec.709 colorspace)

Calibration is done on unit with software version: 03.60.05, webOS 3.6.0-505 (dreadlocks2-dorrigo)

Settings also applicable to other variants and screen sizes of LG's UJ65 series.

Important:

Settings are for reference only. There is no guarantee that they will give you the best picture which is inline with industry standards and suitable for your viewing environment, especially regarding 2/20 point White Balance and Colour Management System controls.
