Email Verification for Booknetic

My solution ensures fast and reliable user authentication through One-Time Passwords (OTP) delivered directly to customers's email. Each code is unique, time-sensitive, and designed to protect you from unauthorized booking. With a simple and user-friendly process, you can add an extra layer of security to your platform while keeping the verification experience smooth for your users.

During the information step, if a user is logged out, they must verify their email address before proceeding with the booking. If the email has already been verified earlier, this step will be skipped.

Each verification code is valid for 10 minutes. Once it expires, the user must request a new one. To prevent spam, a new code can be requested only once per minute, and up to three times per session.

For SaaS versions, you can configure the email template directly from the SaaS admin interface. Tenants cannot edit this. In the Regular version, the template can be customized as usual under the Workflows menu.
