A Weekly Review Check-In system to help you actually keep track of your wins, review your progress and compassionately plan your week ahead!
So much of the time, we do our weekly planning, or have a rough to-do list for the week, get to Friday beating ourselves up, and start all over again the next week. It’s not satisfying, it doesn’t feel good, and we end up in a constant cycle of not feeling like we’re doing enough, not feeling like we’re working on the ‘right’ things, and end up feeling not good enough. (Three cheers for a culture that conflates productivity with self worth!)
The Weekly Review helps you with this week AND next week, it helps you build your confidence and your self-trust in the fact that you DO get shit done and it's an excellent a way of really learning how you work, and what works for you.
