The tracker spreadsheet (Excel + Google Sheets)

• Items: up to 500 items or sets with category, who is responsible, serial or asset tag, quantity, weight, value, condition, current location and a plan (Pack & ship, Keep here, Sell / donate or Undecided).
• Containers: up to 100 boxes, totes, cases, crates, pallets, trucks or vans in one list, with destination, ship date, carrier or driver, tracking or plate number, seal or lock number, status and a weight limit.
• Automatic status: pick a container for an item and its destination and shipping status follow along: To pack, In container, Shipped, Delivered and more.
• Conflict checks: flags duplicate item IDs, containers that are not on the list, boxes over their weight limit, ship dates that have passed, items headed somewhere different from their box, and items packed while checked out.
• Printable packing list: choose a container and print its contents with tick boxes for Packed and Received and lines for names and signatures.
• Check-out log: record who borrowed what and when it is due back. Overdue items are highlighted.
• Find sheet: filter by location, person, container, destination, status or category, or search for a word.
• Dashboard: totals for items, weight and value, progress per destination, and lists of the items and containers that need attention.
• Setup: your own lists of locations, destinations, categories, people and container types (up to 40 each), plus lb or kg and your money symbol.
• Blank file plus a filled-in example for a made-up office move and expo, so you can see every feature working.
