At sixteen, I was battling anorexia and obsessive fear so deeply that I would lock myself in a school bathroom stall through brunch and lunch just to avoid eating. Years later, fitness helped me rebuild my body and identity, leading me to competition, career success, and fatherhood. Then everything changed again: a layoff, months of unemployment, a serious shoulder injury, surgery, physical pain, emotional pain, distance from my son, and the pressure of starting over.

This book follows that journey from survival to strength, from collapse to rebuilding, and from fear to faith. It is not a story about having every answer. It is about continuing when you do not know what comes next, learning that pain does not always mean destruction, and discovering that strength can look very different than you imagined.
