Yiquan Volume 1

The first in a series of instructional videos in Han Family Yiquan. Volume 1 is foundational practice learning the 8 zhang zhuang standing postures to build structure, alignment and power. Also included is the post standing set of moving exercises from Grand Master Han Xing Yuen, a unique sequence including core movements from Yiquan, Xingyiquan, Baguazhang and Chinese Wrestling.
