Care Plans: Website Testing, Updates and Reports

Keep your website running right after launch. Our care plans give you hands-on testing, updates and a written report at a flat rate of $23 an hour, whichever plan you choose. There is never a platform fee, and your site and data stay 100% yours.

Every plan includes:

• Testing and updates on scheduled days, some on weekdays and some on weekends.
• A written report listing the days and times we worked, what we fixed, and what is still open.
• A $10 credit for every 2 full unused hours, good for 90 days toward a renewal, review or new plan.

The 6 and 12 month plans also include:

• An in-depth website review in month 1.
• A monthly progress report that shows what changed.
• Priority scheduling.
• Your $23 rate locked in for the whole plan.
• 12 months saves you 10% off the regular price of $3,312.

How it works: 1. Buy your plan. 2. Register it with our short form (the link is in your download). 3. Sign our permission form so we can test your site. 4. Care starts 14 days after launch, or on the date we agree on if your site is already live.

Good to know: The 1 month plan does not renew on its own. We only test websites you own or are allowed to approve in writing.

Two things to check before you publish:

• Refund wording: The “Good to know” section in the PDF describes prorated refunds and the 20% non-refundable hold. Have a professional review that wording before real buyers see it.
• Buyer must have a site: Care starts after launch, so a buyer needs a live site or a Done For You or Custom Build in progress. Say so in the listing if you want it clearer.
