This free printable is a simple, one page daily log built to go alongside the 30-Day Beginner Rebounding YouTube Challenge. Print one copy for each day, or thirty at once if you like to get organised in advance, and fill it in by hand as you go.
It covers the same things the app tracks, your rebound time, energy, mood, mental clarity, pain, strength, cycle information if that's something you follow, and space for weight and measurements if you choose to note them. There's also room at the bottom for anything else worth remembering about your day.
It comes in two versions. One is designed to use as little ink as possible, mostly black, white and grey, so it's cheap to print at home even thirty times over. The other has a touch more colour on each section, closer to how the app itself looks, if you don't mind using a bit more ink for something a little prettier.
And for a little inspo, I've included a one page vision sheet too. Write it, draw it, or stick it, whatever helps you picture where you want to be by the end of your 30 days. Fill it in before you start, then look back on it on day 30.
