In this sheet, you will find curated and processed vapor-liquid equilibrium (VLE) data for mixtures of ethanol and water. These data were obtained from 4 scientific sources spanning 1932 to 2026. Other studies on this topic were discarded due to inaccuracies and incomplete results.

In some cases, the data was smoothed to produce smaller steps between the raw data points. Among the data presented in the file, you will find:
