The RPOC Application Pack — RPAS Operator Certificate Documentation

A Level 1 Complex flight must be conducted under an RPAS Operator Certificate, and the certificate is issued on your declaration that you hold the documentation — nobody at Transport Canada reads your manual before issuing it. Covers the operations manual, the maintenance control manual — there are two manuals, not one — the five safety processes under CARs 901.218, the training programme, records and continuing compliance, and the declaration itself.
