NAMED-USER LICENSE

The founding Royal Adviser Wisdom deployment includes up to five named authorized users for the purchasing organization.

Seats are for named users and are not intended to be openly shared.

If personnel change, the organization may request reassignment of a seat.

Additional users, departments, locations, or broader deployments may require an expanded license or separately agreed scope.

Purchasing Royal Adviser Wisdom does not transfer ownership of the Royal Adviser System or its underlying intellectual property.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, Royal Adviser materials may not be:

• resold

• redistributed

• publicly published

• sublicensed

• rebranded as another product

• copied for unauthorized users

• shared outside the authorized organization

• used to create or market a competing derivative commercial product

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED

Unless separately agreed in writing, the founding Royal Adviser Wisdom deployment does not include:

• Unlimited consulting

• Unlimited direct access to King Rod or another specific Kingdom Resources representative

• Custom software engineering

• Custom application development

• Unlimited third-party integrations

• Administration of your company’s IT systems

• Cybersecurity administration

• Legal representation

• Tax preparation or tax advice

• Accounting services

• Investment-management services

• Medical services

• Regulatory/compliance representation

• Every future Royal Adviser release

• Every future premium module

• Unlimited workflow development

• Third-party AI subscriptions

Larger organizations requiring expanded users, departments, workflow libraries, integrations, analytics, knowledge architecture, or managed implementation may require a separately scoped Managed / Enterprise deployment.

THIRD-PARTY AI NOTICE

Royal Adviser Wisdom is designed to operate with compatible third-party AI platforms.

These may include platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or other compatible AI systems.

A Royal Adviser Wisdom purchase does not include a subscription to those third-party services unless expressly stated.

Third-party AI providers control their own:

• pricing

• models

• uptime

• memory

• file limits

• Projects/Workspace features

• privacy practices

• safety systems

• policies

• capabilities and future changes

Kingdom Resources cannot guarantee identical behavior across every AI provider, model, subscription level, or future platform version.

Royal Adviser does not bypass third-party platform safety rules or technical restrictions.

BUSINESS DATA RESPONSIBILITY

Businesses remain responsible for deciding what company, customer, employee, confidential, regulated, privileged, financial, health, identity, trade-secret, or other sensitive information may appropriately be placed into a third-party AI system.

Organizations should maintain appropriate internal AI-use and information-governance rules.

Do not provide passwords, authentication codes, private keys, full payment-card information, full banking credentials, Social Security numbers, or unnecessary highly sensitive information through Royal Adviser activation or ordinary support channels.

PROFESSIONAL-SERVICES BOUNDARY

Royal Adviser Wisdom is an AI-use, education, research, planning, organization, workflow, productivity, and decision-support framework.

Royal Adviser and Kingdom Resources do not become your:

• law firm

• attorney

• medical provider

• accounting firm

• tax adviser

• broker-dealer

• registered investment adviser

• fiduciary

• government agency

• emergency service

simply because Royal Adviser Wisdom is used.

Where professional judgment, licensure, or regulated review is required, the appropriate qualified professional should be involved.

AI ACCURACY & HUMAN RESPONSIBILITY

Artificial intelligence can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misunderstood, or fabricated information.

Important information should be independently reviewed and verified before your organization relies upon it.

DIGITAL DELIVERY & FINAL-SALE NOTICE

Royal Adviser Wisdom is a digital business deployment.

Because digital products can be accessed, retained, copied, and used after delivery, the one-time deployment is generally final after digital delivery or activation for change-of-mind, buyer-remorse, or dissatisfaction-based requests, except where applicable law or the payment processor requires otherwise.

Kingdom Resources will review reasonable claims involving:

• verified technical defects preventing reasonable use

When a technical issue can reasonably be corrected, Kingdom Resources may first provide replacement access, a corrected file, compatibility assistance, or another reasonable cure.

Nothing removes rights that applicable law does not permit to be waived.
