Adjective & Adverb Worksheets

Let’s SEEK that adjective and adverb ! 

Contains separate adjective and adverb seeking worksheets.

The first part of the adjective and adverb SEEKING includes a fun adjective/adverb worksheet activity which focuses on having kids identify adjectives/adverbs in sentences. They will be required to read the sentences, comprehend the meaning and then they are ready to SEEK the adjective/adverb in the sentences. After correctly underlining the adjective/adverb, we engage them further by using fun word searches to help them with spelling familiarity of the located common adjectives/adverbs.

The second part of the adjectives and adverbs SEEKING activity includes a worksheet that will help kids advance their vocabularies by introducing them to some of the advanced synonyms of common adjectives/adverbs from the first part through the use of matching methods. Kids will be required to SEEK out the correct adjective/adverb vocabulary that describes the provided picture. Kids can cut and paste the correct adjective/adverb under the picture or simply write them!

The pictures are in black and white so the kids can color and complete them freely! Let their imagination fly!
