It does not include automatic external sending, regulated decisions, platform fees, custom app development, or guaranteed business results.

Will the automation contact customers by itself?
No. The founding pilot is review-first. External messages remain drafts unless a separate, explicitly approved implementation says otherwise.
Are software and API costs included?
No. Third-party subscriptions, usage fees, and account upgrades remain the client's responsibility.
What if my workflow is larger?
We will narrow it to one useful pilot or provide a separate proposal. The EUR 149 founding pilot is not unlimited custom development.
Do you guarantee savings or sales?
No. We build and test the agreed workflow, but results depend on process quality, adoption, data, and business conditions.
