MercantileDesk — Founding-Customer Advance Purchase

MercantileDesk — Founding-Customer Advance Purchase

Bring the records behind an antique business together: inventory, item costs, consignment records, booth operations, sales across platforms and profitability. MercantileDesk is being developed around these dealer workflows. Feature completion and integrations remain in development; no working marketplace sync is promised today.

$290 one-time advance purchase for one year of future hosted MercantileDesk access. No recurring charge and no automatic renewal. Your year starts only after a working hosted account is verified, activated and available for you to use. Waiting time does not count.

READ BEFORE BUYING: The application remains in active development. You are purchasing future access, not a completed application or an immediate customer account. Hosted accounts, persistent cross-device storage, account recovery, cloud billing and portions of dealer-management functionality are unfinished. There is no confirmed release or activation date.

What happens after purchase: Payhip provides your receipt, order reference and advance-purchase acknowledgment. Keep these records. When working hosted access is ready for activation, we will provide activation instructions through your Payhip purchase details and an order-related update to your purchase email. The advance acknowledgment does not activate the software or start the one-year term.

Preview, separate from your purchase: https://mercantiledesk-dealer-os.vercel.app/ is an experimental browser workspace with local storage only. It is not the purchased hosted service. Browser data can be lost when storage is cleared or devices change; back up or export important records.

Refunds and support: Request a full refund at any time before working hosted activation by emailing robbiehambor@gmail.com with your Payhip order reference. If you no longer wish to wait, you may use this refund option. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Reserve your founding-customer access using Buy Now. No waitlist registration is required.
