UK Wedding Budget & Planner Spreadsheet

A UK wedding budget and planner spreadsheet for couples planning their day. Add your wedding date, budget, suppliers and guests, and it works out the rest: days to go, budget vs estimated vs booked vs paid, the next supplier payments due, RSVP counts and a checklist with due dates worked out from your wedding date.

You only type in the coloured boxes. Everything else is worked out for you, and the formula cells are locked so nothing breaks.

• Dashboard: countdown to the day, total budget, estimated, booked, paid, still to pay and left in budget, progress bars, the next 3 supplier payments due, guest and RSVP numbers, a chart and gentle heads-ups (e.g. "1 payment is overdue", "2 categories are over budget")

• Guest List: 200 rows. Side, group, day or evening invite, RSVP, dietary needs, plus-one and table number. The counts go straight to the Dashboard

• Seating Plan: 20 tables that fill in by themselves from the table numbers on your Guest List, with seats vs people for each table

• Checklist & Timeline: 55 UK-style tasks from 12+ months out to the day itself and after, with due dates worked out from your wedding date and a Done tick. Plus an on-the-day timeline to share with your wedding party

• Gifts & Thank-yous: who gave what and whether the thank-you card has gone out

• My Lists: your names and wedding date, plus every dropdown (categories, sides, guest groups, dietary needs), all editable
