Mobile Car Detailing Profit Tracker Excel for your detailing business — package pricing per car, job profit, supplies inventory, and a monthly P and L dashboard. Know what every car actually costs — and whether the month actually made money.

Built for mobile detailers, car detailers, and small detailing businesses who need to know, package by package and job by job, whether the price covers the supplies, the labor, and the fuel — without accounting software. If a job is losing money, this workbook shows it before the next booking.

WHAT'S INCLUDED (6 sheets):

- Packages and Add-Ons — hours per car, supplies and labor cost per car, cost per car, price per car, and margin in dollars and percent for every package. Change a supplies cost and every job profit updates by formula.

- Jobs — date, customer and vehicle, job type (Single Car, Fleet, Recurring, Gift Card), package, cars, price per car, revenue, cost per car pulled from the packages sheet, profit per job, and margin. Log single cars, fleets, recurring clients, and gift cards in one place.

- Supplies and Inventory — supply, unit, quantity on hand, reorder point, cost per unit, and stock value. Anything at or below its reorder point is flagged LOW STOCK so you order it before the next job.

- Monthly P and L — revenue, job cost, equipment and repairs, fuel and vehicle, and other expenses by month, Jan-Dec, with net profit and margin. Revenue and job cost are formulas from the Jobs sheet.

- Dashboard — total revenue, jobs, cars detailed, average job value, gross and net profit and margin, best package by margin dollars and by margin percent, best-selling package, best job and best job type, costs by category, and low stock count.

- Cover and How to Use — start here. Yellow cells are the only ones you edit.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Download the Excel file instantly after purchase.

2. On sheet 1, enter each package's supplies cost per car, labor cost per car, and price per car. Cost per unit and margin fill in by formula.

3. On sheet 2, log every job: date, customer, job type, package (spelled exactly as on sheet 1), quantity, and unit price. Revenue, cost per unit, and profit fill in by formula.

4. On sheet 3, keep quantities on hand current and set a reorder point for each supply. Buy more of anything flagged LOW STOCK before the next job.

5. On sheet 4, enter equipment and repairs, fuel and vehicle, and other expenses each month, then check gross and net profit on the Dashboard.

HOW THE NUMBERS WORK:

Cost per car is supplies cost per car plus labor cost per car. Margin per car is price per car minus cost per car. Margin percent is margin per car divided by price per car. Gross profit is revenue minus job cost; net profit is revenue minus job cost, equipment and repairs, fuel and vehicle, and other expenses. Supplies are inside job cost, not in the equipment line. One unit is one car.

WHO IT'S FOR:

Mobile detailers, car detailers, and small detailing businesses who want package pricing, job profit, supplies inventory, and a monthly P and L in one workbook — without accounting software.
