Over the Line: 2023 Rugby World Cup Ratings Pack

A complete tournament replay kit for use with Over the Line, the tabletop rugby union season simulator.

All 20 teams from France 2023 are rated using the stats-based method from the core rules: tries for, tries against, and kick points, calibrated against tournament context and schedule strength. South Africa come out ATK 5, DEF 8, KICK 8. France get a host advantage modifier built in as a separate column. There are notes on every decision.

What is included:

Ratings Pack (12 pages): Team ratings for all 20 sides with full calibration notes, four ways to run the tournament (pool stage replay, knockout only, full 20-team simulation, or what-if bracket), and a blank House Rules page.

Fixture Sheet (4 pages): All 40 pool fixtures pre-filled with team ratings and home advantage marked up, blank pool standings tables to fill in as you go, knockout bracket sheet, a quick reference card covering outcomes, kick targets, scoring and possession rules, and a pre-filled 2023 bracket for replaying the actual tournament.
