Is this just another group program?
No. Dragonfly Essentials is capped, so every woman is seen and supported. It’s not surface-level tips; it’s a nervous system reset designed for high-achieving, recovering people pleasers, and perfectionistic women who are building, scaling, or preparing to launch their own businesses.
What happens after the 4 weeks?
Dragonfly Essentials is the foundation. Many women continue into my 6- or 12-month private programs, where we expand this reset into full transformation across business, leadership, and life.
Is there a flexible option if I can’t commit to November?
Yes, a pre-recorded version of Dragonfly Essentials will be available starting in December. If you’d like early access, email me and I’ll make sure you’re first to know when it opens- this is the pre-registration.

We deeply care about your experience and want you to feel supported every step of the way. Because this is a live, high-touch coaching experience, refunds are generally not offered. How does appointment scheduling work?
When you've completed purchasing, you'll be able to log in to your coaching account and find out the next steps required to book a time for your appointment from there.
Is it possible to buy coaching more than once?
For sure, however, this program is just for beginners who are new to my space! You simply need to purchase coaching again and will be able to get access to another set of coaching sessions. (Please consider a 6 or 12-month package or discuss with me if you need another duration. This program is designed as a taster and not a repeatable program.
