Celeriac Somtam

Celeriac Somtam is my adaptation of a Thai Salad dish that would normally be using Shredded Green papaya as its ingredient, this is very difficult to get here in the UK but I found that Celeriac is a really tasty substitute and is also much cheaper to buy. 
This meal is great as a starter and a fantastic meal for those that are looking to maintain a sensible weight.
