And if you're just exhausted and uninspired, then this course will help you get back on your feet and find joy in the little things around.


In this mini-course, I will share with you 3 fun techniques - one for each week - that will quickly bring you to the present moment and help you feel relaxed. And you don't even have to be a monk to achieve that! ;-)


These are simple strategies, applicable for ANYONE in any life circumstances.


Week 1 is all about becoming present through photography.


In week 2 we will engage all our 5 senses and go for mindful walks - and perhaps write some haiku if you choose to!


In our 3rd week together, we will combine all the above and stretch our creative muscles for some fun writing exercises.

Hi, I'm Monie Forrs and I'm a Happiness Coach & Writer and I love teaching people simple strategies to be happy!


I believe both creativity and nature play major parts in our happiness and so in this course, we are going to connect with nature as well as our creative genius! But do not worry - this is really for ANYONE, mortals included :-) So don't feel intimidated. I will not be asking you to create "art", only to be present and have fun!
