This photograph was taken in Manama, Bahrain.

To capture these pigeons in flight I waited for some time. They were resting amongst the buildings. How can I get them to take flight? I tried many loud noises and with no tripod it as becoming tiresome. Near me I noticed an old roof tile. I waited until no-one was around and then threw the roof tile in the air, quickly set my composition with both hands and as the roof tile crashed to the floor I got this photo!

This photograph was taken on a Leica Q2 Monochrome and is of exceptional quality.

The print itself is on 16x12 satin inkjet paper with the white border as shown for framing and comes tube rolled for protective shipping.
