Financial Crime

A balanced, contextual, critical thinking,

jurisdiction-independent approach to financial crime

risk and compliance for financial crime professionals.

CRITICAL THINKING IS THE ART OF NEVER ACCEPTING ANYTHING AT FACE VALUE

When do we stop asking "why"?

Young children always ask "why" but as we get older, we change. We don't ask why so much. We accept what we are told. Eventually, we lose our desire to question.

Let's have a reset.

A return to basics

In our training use history, politics, people and conduct to illustrate financial crime and the laws and regulations relating to it.

We look at principles, not at the law and regulation per se, because if you know the basics you learn to build your own comprehension engine.

We compare different legal concepts and approaches.
