What happens after you book?

Once you complete your purchase, here's what to expect:

1️⃣ Choose your consultation time You'll receive a link to my calendar where you can select a time that works best for you. Can't find a suitable slot? Just drop me an email and we'll figure it out together.

2️⃣ Complete your intake forms To make our session as personalised and valuable as possible, I'll ask you to fill in two short forms before we meet:

• Pregnancy Nutrition Intake Form — so I can understand your health history, lifestyle, and goals
• 3-Day Food Diary — a snapshot of your everyday eating habits

The more detail you share, the more tailored your guidance will be.

3️⃣ We meet online 60 minutes, just the two of us — your questions answered, a clear plan in hand, and the confidence to nourish yourself and your baby every step of the way.
