This drawstring knitting or crochet project bag is the small size bag and is made in this adorable knitting/yarn theme fabric that I also quilted. It features the drawstring closure that can be cinched up and locked with cord locks to keep everything inside the bag. The added handle is great to grab and carry the bag by. The front pocket can hold things like an instruction sheet in the pocket. On the back of the bag is a zipper pocket to carry items that need to be secured.
Knitting/Crochet bags should be made with a drawstring closure, a snap closure or left open at the top. Zipper closures for knitting bags are not ideal as they would catch and snag the yarn as you you knit. Take it from me, a knitter, I only make bags for knitting without a zipper closure. Having the zipper pocket on the back of the bag doesn't interfere with your yarn at all.
This bag measures 12" wide x 9 3/4" high to the bottom of the casing, and 11 1/4" high to the top of the casing and 3" deep.
Made with 100% cotton fabric, stabilizers, zipper and a handmade zipper pull with yarn skein charm.
