How to Open Your ZIP File

After purchasing, you will receive a ZIP file containing your digital designs. A ZIP file is a compressed folder that bundles all the files into a single download.

To open it:

On Windows:

Right-click the ZIP file and choose Extract All. Then select where you want to save the files and click Extract.

On Mac:

Double-click the ZIP file. A new folder will automatically appear, containing your files.

On iPhone or iPad:

Open the ZIP file in the Files app. Tap the ZIP file once, and it should create a folder with the extracted files.

On Android:

Open the ZIP file in your Files app or file manager. Tap the file and choose Extract or Unzip.

Important:

Please unzip/extract the folder before using the designs. If the files do not open right away, check that the ZIP file has fully downloaded first.
