She has worked in a variety of settings during the holiday season, and she has traveled across the country through snow, ice, and rain to spend time with family, and friends, or to just get the most out of the holiday season.

She is also an author, entrepreneur, and healthcare professional. She is the author of "Bragging About You," which is a tool that she uses for this course. She understands that work-life balance is already challenging. The holidays add more to that balancing act.
