Organize everyday team workflows with detailed, editable Word templates and an Excel tracking workbook.

Start with the Edition 2 ZIP. It contains five Word documents (.docx), with 16 pages in the supplied layouts, plus the Excel workbook:

User Guide — choose a process, set up the templates, maintain current versions, select useful evidence and resolve common recording problems.

Document Register and Review Record — document index, ownership, revision and status, current and archive locations, access confirmation, review decisions and change history.

Process Checklist — purpose, boundaries, inputs, acceptance criteria, task steps, completion evidence, handoff checks and an exception path when work cannot proceed.

Improvement Record — describe an observed problem, plan a small test, define success and reversal conditions, review actual results and assign follow-up before closure.

Worked Example — a complete fictional design-request handoff showing how the records connect, including a waiting request, evidence limits and an open follow-up.

Excel Workbook — document, checklist and improvement trackers with 100 prepared rows each, status dropdowns and calculated attention prompts. The workbook is also available as a separate download.

The Word templates have editable text fields, expandable responses and tables, version labels and page numbers. Open .docx files in Microsoft Word; other compatible editors may display fields or pagination differently. Spreadsheet formula, dropdown and formatting support may vary outside Excel. No macros are required.

The legacy original text/HTML ZIP is retained as an optional archive. Use the Edition 2 ZIP for the current Word templates and guide.
