When things are genuinely hard, the problem usually isn't motivation — it's that everything feels too big to start. The ABC Momentum Plan is a simple way to sequence effort so progress actually starts again, without overthinking it or trying to do everything at once.
How it works:
- Sort your tasks by effort, not importance: A (easy), B (medium), C (hard)
- Run the Momentum Ladder: five short rounds that build from easy motion up to the hard things
- C tasks are never done cold — momentum carries you into them
- Stalled? Drop back one round instead of quitting
What it's not: a full productivity system to learn, time-blocking, or a motivation pep talk. It's one page of method you can use the moment you're stuck.
