
EFT Script - Helping You to Re-ground and Become Present after Going Through Change
When we go through times of significant change, it’s easy to feel disoriented or disconnected from the present moment. Our minds may race with thoughts of the past or future, and our bodies may feel tense or unsettled. This is a natural response to the turbulence that change can bring. However, it's important to recognise that we always have the ability to reconnect with ourselves and the here and now, regardless of what’s happening around us.
This tapping script has been created to help you re-ground and return to a place of balance and presence after experiencing the upheaval of change. Through the gentle process of EFT or tapping, we can release any lingering stress, anxiety, or overwhelm that may have built up during this transitional period.
By focusing on the body and breath as you tap, you’ll guide yourself back to a place of calm, centered awareness. The aim is to help you feel more in tune with the present moment, so you can move forward with clarity, peace, and a renewed sense of stability. Take a deep breath and allow yourself the space to ground, letting go of any distractions, and coming back to the present.
