A chic coffee table graces the center, complemented by a spacious closet/shelving unit catering to all your storage needs. Natural light streams through the surrounding windows, enhancing the airy atmosphere within. Additionally, a wall-mounted TV space is available, allowing you to unwind and enjoy your favorite shows. For versatility, the armchairs can be replaced with a small sofa-bed, offering an extra sleeping spot if needed.

Kitchen

Connected seamlessly to the living room, the kitchen welcomes you with an open-plan layout. A dining/breakfast bar for two graces one side, featuring storage below for your convenience. On the opposite side, discover all your kitchen essentials – a sink, a two-burner cook-top, and a refrigerator, ensuring your culinary adventures are a breeze. Plus, the kitchen boasts two pull-out pantries, ideal for stashing away your odds and ends.

Bathroom

Our tiny house boasts the largest bathroom in our collection, measuring 3 feet by 7 feet. This ample space accommodates a variety of shower and toilet setups, providing both comfort and practicality. Ingeniously designed partition walls between the kitchen and bathroom house recessed cabinetry, providing a clever storage solution for smaller items.

Sleeping/Storage Loft

Ascend to the sleeping/storage loft, a serene haven with ample space to fit a queen-size mattress comfortably. Sunlight dances through the picture windows, illuminating the loft and the adjacent storage area. Whether you're lounging in bed or stowing away your belongings, you'll enjoy the natural light and cozy ambiance.

This exquisite tiny house can be crafted on either a 20' x 7' utility trailer or a slightly larger 20' x 7'6" utility trailer, offering you the flexibility to choose the perfect foundation for your dream home.
