A six-lesson video course for women who are realising, later in life, that they might be ADHD, autistic or both. Understand why you were missed, make sense of your traits, and build a life that works with your brain.
You've spent years feeling slightly out of step. Working twice as hard to keep up. Rehearsing conversations. Needing more recovery time than everyone else seems to. Holding it all together on the outside, and running on empty on the inside.
Then, perhaps through your child's assessment, a friend's story or something you read, you start to wonder: could this be ADHD? Could it be autism? Could it be both?
You're not too much, and you're not imagining it. Many women weren't recognised as children, and research suggests many are only identified in midlife, often after years of masking. This course helps you make sense of your story, so you can stop blaming yourself and start working with your brain.
I'm a certified ADHD coach and senior nurse leader with over 25 years' experience in healthcare, clinical practice and leadership.
This course is personal. I was busy being mum, supporting my neurodivergent children and managing a demanding job, so busy looking after everyone else that I wasn't looking after myself. Even with years of healthcare experience, I didn't recognise what was happening to me. I made this course so you can understand yourself sooner than I did.
You're not alone, and you don't have to do this on your own.
Six short video lessons, around 4 to 8 minutes each, with captions:
A 24-page workbook with a task after every lesson, a traits map, a sensory profile and your own support and adjustments plan.
Lifetime access. About half an hour of video in total, so it's easy to fit in. Watch at your own pace, pause whenever you need to, and come back whenever you need a reminder.
Do I need a diagnosis?
No. The course is for any woman who recognises herself in ADHD or autistic traits, whether you have a diagnosis, are on a waiting list, or are just starting to wonder.
Is this medical advice?
No. This course is education and coaching. It doesn't diagnose ADHD or autism, and it isn't medical advice. Decisions about assessment or medication are always made with your GP or a specialist, and Lesson 6 helps you think about your options.
How long will it take?
About half an hour of video, plus your workbook time. Go at your own pace: one lesson a week works well for many women. Lesson 5 can bring up a lot, so take that one gently.
How long do I have access?
For life. Come back whenever you need a reminder.
