RESET & RISE
A live online circle for meaningful conversations, reflection, and gentle practices.
A live online circle for meaningful conversations, reflection, and gentle practices.
Look ahead 6 months from today.
If nothing changes, you already know what that future looks like:
You don't need more information. You need a space that helps information become transformation.
Beyond Meditation Apps: Apps offer convenience, but they lack human connection. Sitting alone with a recording when your nervous system is stressed often feels isolating. Live shared energy creates instant grounding that pre-recorded audio can't touch.
Beyond One-Off Retreats: A weekend workshop gives you a temporary peak that disappears when Monday hits. We built this online so you can maintain a consistent, weekly baseline from the comfort of your home without heavy costs or travel friction.
No two circles are exactly alike.
Each session unfolds around a different theme, question, book insight, life challenge, or reflection prompt, shaped by what feels most relevant and alive for the group.
Yet the essence remains the same: A space to pause. A space to reflect. A space to grow alongside others.
This inaugural gathering is a pilot Circle Session designed for thoughtful individuals who believe in the power of reflection, conversation, and community.
We're intentionally starting small.
The people who join now won't simply attend a session. They'll help shape the culture, rhythm, and foundation of what we hope will become an ongoing community for meaningful growth and connection.
If you're someone who values depth over hype and contribution over consumption, we'd love to have you in the room.

Not at all. Whether you’ve been practicing for five years or have never sat in a group circle before, you are welcome here. Everything is guided in such a way that there is no experience required and no "right way" to show up.
Books give you information, but they can't give you integration or community. When you process alone, it's easy to drop the habit when life gets busy. A live circle gives you a recurring rhythm, real human presence, and a dedicated space where you don't have to figure it out by yourself.
No. The Circle is a secular space open to people of all backgrounds, beliefs, and life experiences.
While we occasionally explore wisdom found in books, philosophy, psychology, contemplative traditions, and lived experience, the focus is never on doctrine or belief. The emphasis is on reflection, meaningful conversation, personal growth, and human connection.
Just yourself, a quiet space where you won't be interrupted for 60 minutes, a pair of headphones, and a notebook or journal with a pen for reflections.
This session is live-only (for now). Showing up live is what creates the real accountability and momentum that standard recorded courses can't offer.
Zero pressure. You are completely free to leave your camera off and stay on mute if you just need to drop in, listen, and receive. Sharing out loud during reflection is always optional it is a held space, not a performance.
Yes. Sitting alone with a racing mind or an app often feels frustrating especially when navigating anxiety or major life changes. Here, gentle practice is just a brief 10-minute entry point to quiet the nervous system. The core of our circle is the reflection, open conversation, and human connection that follows. It's not about forcing your mind to be quiet; it's about having a real space to speak and process.
If you do nothing, next month looks exactly like this one. Take one small step today to change the trajectory. Give this gift to yourself.
