Calm & Confident Birth

Practical hypnobirthing tools to help you feel calmer, more prepared and better able to cope with labour

You can know a lot about birth and still quietly wonder:

“But how will I actually cope when contractions start?”

That is where Calm & Confident Birth comes in.

This is a practical hypnobirthing audio and mindset toolkit designed to help you prepare for the experience of labour, not just learn about it.

You will understand more about what is happening in your body, practise ways to stay calmer when things feel intense, and give your birth partner practical tools to support you too.

There are no promises of a perfect birth.

No pressure to stay calm all the time.

And no suggestion that breathing or mindset can control everything that happens.

Just realistic preparation to help you feel more steady and confident, whether birth unfolds as planned or takes a different direction.

What parents say after using this

Artboard 1

This is not about doing birth "perfectly"

Calm & Confident Birth cannot guarantee a particular type of birth or remove every unknown.

It is also not a replacement for a full antenatal course.

What it can give you is a way to practise feeling calmer, understand more about what is happening in your body and build a toolkit you can draw on when labour begins.

You do not need to listen every day.

You do not need to use every technique.

And you do not have to feel calm all the time for any of this to be useful.

The aim is simply to make the tools familiar before you need them.

When should I start?

Many people begin using the programme during the third trimester, often around 30 to

34 weeks, but you can start earlier or later.

The more familiar the techniques feel before labour, the easier they may be to return to when you need them.
