Get instant access to more than three hours of guided audio, practical birth preparation tools and birth-partner support.
You can know a lot about birth and still quietly wonder:
“But how will I actually cope when contractions start?”
That is where Calm & Confident Birth comes in.
This is a practical hypnobirthing audio and mindset toolkit designed to help you prepare for the experience of labour, not simply learn about it.
You will understand more about what is happening in your body, practise ways to feel steadier when things become intense, and give your birth partner practical tools to support you too.
There are no promises of a perfect birth.
No pressure to stay calm all the time. And no suggestion that breathing or mindset can control everything that happens.
Just realistic preparation to help you feel calmer, more confident and better equipped to cope - whether birth unfolds as planned or takes a different direction.
You will get more than three hours of guided audio, alongside practical guides and visual resources.
This includes:
• 6 full-length guided hypnobirthing tracks to help you practise relaxation, focus and calm before labour
• 5 shorter visualisation tracks for when you want a quicker reset
• Deep-relaxation recordings to support you during pregnancy as well as birth
• A practical mindset and birth physiology guide to help you understand how fear, tension, hormones and your environment can affect labour
• 9 breathing techniques with visual guides, so you can explore different options rather than feeling that there is one “correct” way to breathe
• Practical birth-partner support tools, so your partner has clear ways to help rather than being left wondering what to do
• Simple decision-making tools, including the BRAIN framework, to help you slow things down, ask questions and consider your options when decisions arise
• Guidance for different birth paths, including induction and caesarean birth
Everything is organised so you can work through it gradually or dip into the parts you need most.
You do not need to complete everything in a particular order, listen every day or use every technique.
The aim is to explore the tools, find what works for you and make them familiar before labour begins.
✓ you feel nervous about how you will cope with contractions
✓ you want hypnobirthing that feels practical rather than fluffy
✓ you would like to understand the connection between your brain, body and labour
✓ you want techniques you can practise before birth and use when you need them
✓ you want your birth partner to feel more confident and involved
✓ you want preparation that still makes sense if your plans change
No previous experience of hypnobirthing, meditation or relaxation is needed.
“I was lying awake worrying about labour and didn’t know where to start. This gave me something structured but gentle to focus on. I felt noticeably calmer going into birth.”
“It felt practical and realistic, not fluffy. We both felt more prepared.”
“Everything made sense within NHS care. No big promises, just calm, clear support.”
Calm & Confident Birth cannot guarantee a particular type of birth or remove every unknown.
It is also not a replacement for a full antenatal course.
What it can give you is a way to practise feeling calmer, understand more about what is happening in your body and build a toolkit you can draw on when labour begins.
You do not need to listen every day.
You do not need to use every technique.
And you do not have to feel calm all the time for any of this to be useful.
The aim is simply to make the tools familiar before you need them.
Many people begin using the programme during the third trimester, often around
30 to 34 weeks, but you can start earlier or later.
The more familiar the techniques feel before labour, the easier they may be to return to when you need them.
Refund Policy As this course includes immediate access to downloadable digital content, refunds are not available once files have been accessed or downloaded. If you experience any technical issues accessing your purchase, please get in touch and I’ll be happy to help.
