This class is approx. 1 hour. We will be focusing on a very effective way to heal your inner child.

We will be having a conversation with them, and speaking to them as we wish we would have been talked to when we were younger.

We will be giving them a life map, and more clarity, in the way to navigate through the life of other people's trauma they were born into.

We will also be setting our now selves up to be younger self's spirit guide.
