Male CPR - DéMíng’s Suffocated

Security guard DéMíng is unwinding in the break room after a grueling night shift, scrolling his phone in silence. But then—a sharp pain strikes his left shoulder. At first, he brushes it off as fatigue… until the pain creeps down his arm and spreads across his chest. Within moments, DéMíng is clutching his body in agony as a full-blown heart attack hits. He collapses instantly—alone and breathless.

By the time his friend TíngHuī arrives, DéMíng is no longer breathing. His heart has stopped. With no time to lose, TíngHuī loosens his clothes, starts chest compressions, and delivers powerful defibrillator shocks. Against the odds, DéMíng takes a gasp—he’s back.

But just when it seems the worst is over, things take a twisted turn. TíngHuī isn’t finished. Obsessed with the intensity of the moment, he pins DéMíng down with a pillow—forcing him back into unconsciousness for another round of CPR. Is this rescue… or something far more sinister?
