A modified cutter featuring a built-in 6 mm extension above the cap area. Perfect for cutting farther through thicker designs without changing the main bottle cavity shape.

3. Adjustable Sanitizer Cutter Assembly

A two-part assembly featuring the original cutter and a separately movable extension. Reposition the extension to suit your design requirements.

4. Standalone 6 mm Extension

An independent extension piece you can position as needed.

5. Standalone 10 mm Extension

An extended 10 mm option when additional cutting height is needed.

6. 5 mm Keyring Component

Open the included 3MF project in Bambu Studio.

Select the cutter or extension configuration you need.

Position it within your custom holder design.

Use a compatible negative-volume or Boolean subtraction workflow to create the cavity.

Check the final design, slice, and complete a test print.

Some workflows may require additional compatible 3D modeling software.
