This 8 week training program includes upper body, core, and cardio components to get you back to your life after top surgery. This is meant to be started immediately after surgery. It abides by most surgeons' recommendations to not raise your arms above shoulder height for the first month post op. With a focus on mobility, postural awareness, and progressive strengthening, you'll be back to your activities in no time!
