ZORVA #7: Kaera Sand-Ring - Lions in the Shatterwaste

Freeblade Kaera Sand-Ring follows the stories crossing the Shatterwaste. When the sky-host offers her coin and command in exchange for the exiles, she draws her sword and chooses the people.

Kaera Sand-Ring serves no banner. She follows coin, contracts, and the open road. Across the Shatterwaste, she hears stories of Varik Red-Mane, Tharn Coinmail, Draska, Maera, Kharzul Ember-Horn, and the gathering lion-lights. Each story points toward a widening war. The sky-host offers Kaera a crown, command of its outer swords, and enough coin to purchase her loyalty. The price is the exiles under her protection.

Kaera does not sell people.

She rejects the offer, defends the innocent, and takes the narrow road between war and safety while the gold and pale lions watch from the sky.

A mythic dark-fantasy story of loyalty, independence, and resistance.
