This ebook is a compilation of some of my favorite creations that I never get tired of making.
It includes 21 delicious plant-based, raw recipes that are all free of refined sugar, oil, gluten and allium (onion, garlic, shallot, leek and chives).

- 7 savory recipes that do not require any dehydration: dips (pink hummus, tzaztiki, marinara sauce), Alfredo spaghetti, salads and an Indian mozzarawla.
- 7 savory recipes which require either a dehydrator or a low temperature oven (keeping the door slightly open) such as: olive soft pretzels, "chorizo", falafels, veggie "fritters", crackers, snackers and Nori rawsage.
- 7 sweet recipes including: lemon cake, crumble, mini tarts, truffles, cookies, blissballs and chocolate flan.
In this book I share about what living foods are, why I choose to eat raw and how to select the ingredients that we use in the recipes as well as the necessary kitchen utensils.
I explain in detail and with pictures how to sprout buckwheat at home and how to activate certain seeds. I also talk about why it's important to soak and sprout nuts and seeds.
For each recipe you will find detailed instructions and mouth-watering pictures ("foodtography" is another one of my passions and I love taking pictures of all things delicious!).
Measurements are mostly in cups, table spoons and teaspoons and occasionally grams and milliliters.
