The Bribe is a narrative miniature diorama depicting one of the less glorious—but often very effective—faces of war: negotiation, corruption and the discreet exchange of coin.

Beneath an ancient, weather-beaten tree, two groups of armed men meet away from the eyes of the army. A small chest is placed between them, its contents carrying more weight than any spoken promise. Officers watch carefully, soldiers stand guard, and a saddled horse waits nearby. Is this payment for information? Safe passage? Betrayal? The surrender of a town? That story is left to you.

Designed as a 45mm historical diorama (could be adjust in your slicer, Scale 28mm = 62 % - but some fine details might be difficult to print), the set focuses on natural poses, characterful faces and believable equipment, creating a scene that feels like a captured moment rather than a simple collection of miniatures.

The composition works particularly well as a display piece, but the individual characters can also provide distinctive officers, retainers, messengers and soldiers for historical wargames or roleplaying games.
