NO DRIVERS LICENSE, INSURANCE, REGISTRATION DISMISSAL

The Department of Motor Vehicles failed to produce a form that would grant the defendants intangible property to the use of the public highways to the Department of Motor Vehicles. The aforementioned grant would produce a valid contract of terms and conditions under the license that the defendant would sign in order for the prosecution to prove intent to violate the statute that the defendant is being accused of knowingly, willfully and intentionally violating.
