Children's Custom Meditation

 A gentle, 100% custom meditation created especially for your child. Their name and unique needs are woven into the session, giving them a safe and calming experience designed just for them. Each meditation is 10–15 minutes, with the option to extend up to 20 minutes for older children who enjoy a longer, soothing journey. Parents can request the focus that matters most — whether it’s relaxation, better sleep, building confidence, support with sports or school performance, or simply helping your child feel comforted and grounded.
