Free Group Costume Planner for Work Teams (Printable Vote Sheet, Roles, Budget and Timeline)

Group costumes fail when nobody decides, nobody owns a role and nobody sets a deadline. This planner fixes all three.

Inside (10 pages, US Letter and A4):

A quick-start guide.

A team vote sheet to choose from three finalists.

A role assignment sheet with an easy option for everyone.

A budget splitter with cost per person.

A four-week timeline with a backup plan.

A copy-paste group-chat message plus two reminders.

A photo shot list with three poses.

8 blank role cards.

Free for use in your own workplace. Do not resell or post the files online. General guidance, not HR advice.

Want ready-to-print props and playbooks? The Group Costume Playbook Kit has 30 one-page playbooks, a printable prop pack, 114 role cards, an Excel planner, 12 messages and a photo day pack.
