Hi, my name is David! Founder and Time Management Coach of Hindsight Growth.

Growing up in Los Angeles as the youngest of three children in a busy family, I witnessed my own family go through highs and lows. This experience shaped me as an empath and drove my passion for helping others, especially after my severe sleep apnea diagnosis, which required a a 3 semester medical leave from university.

Upon returning to university, I switched my major from biology to psychology, improved my academic performance and got all A's. I became the Black Student Union President, joined the Ignatian Service Organization, started my coaching business (Hindsight Growth), became a research assistant, social media manager for Emmada Institute for Behavioral Health and Wellness, and developed a podcast for my university. These achievements, driven by effective time management, inspired me to help others unlock their potential.
