Four therapeutic workbooks on the beliefs people carry about themselves.

Most of what we believe about ourselves was decided a long time ago, often by a child working with incomplete information, and it has been running quietly ever since. These four workbooks look at where those beliefs came from, why they held, what they cost, and how to begin setting down the ones that are no longer doing anything useful.

Each one stands alone. Together they move from the belief itself, through the self-worth built on it, into the values and rules that grew around it, and finally to putting some of it down.

What is included

Core Beliefs. Twenty-two pages. What core beliefs are, how they form, and why they get stronger rather than weaker over time. Eight exercises, from noticing the pattern to testing a more flexible version of it in real life.

Healing Low Self-Esteem. Thirteen pages. Loneliness, emotional neglect and the fear of rejection. Where the belief that something is wrong with you came from, why small rejections land so hard, and what healthy friendship actually requires.

Values and Morals. Twenty-three pages. What matters to you, which of it you actually chose, and what happens when a value hardens into a rule you cannot break without guilt. Thirteen exercises.

Forgiveness, Compassion and Letting Go. Fifteen pages. Forgiveness is not forgetting and letting go is not pretending. Acceptance set against approval, boundaries that survive forgiveness, the letter you do not send, and a plan for going forward.

Seventy-three pages in total.

For use between therapy sessions, or by practitioners building their own practice resources. These workbooks support the work done in session. They do not replace it.
