Divine Providence (David Hoffmeister, 2011) - Video

In this powerful video, David Hoffmeister offers clear, uncompromising examples of how the ego mind attempts to hold onto the illusion of security. He points out why searching for stability in the world is destined to fail: because the maker of the world—the ego—is temporary, everything gained within it is equally temporary. Expecting lasting security from the world serves only to reinforce a belief in lack and generate unnecessary stress in our daily lives.

In this candid discussion, David reminds us that the only true path to peace is becoming completely God-dependent. Nothing other than the Love of God can sustain us. Learning to live in Divine Providence requires placing complete faith in the guidance of the Holy Spirit—a radical shift in perception that ultimately leads us to realize we are, and always have been, fully supported by our Divine Source.
